30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our hosting packages subject to the following conditions:

One refund per customer (multiple signups do not qualify).
Refunds exclude setup fee of $9.00.
Refunds do not include additional licenses, upgrades, domain registrations, migrations, dedicated IP’s or other additional services.
A ticket must be submitted within 31 days of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be sent within 31 days of receiving the request.
Refunds are not granted to accounts closed due to violating the Terms of Service.

Domain Registrations and Renewals

Domain Registrations and Renewals are final and not refundable.

We incur registry fees in processing registrations and renewal that we cannot refund.

In the event you mis-spell your domain please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee this can be corrected so take care to proof your name prior to ordering.

Late Payments

No extensions will be granted for invoices.

There is a 5 day grace period on late invoices. If not paid during this grace period your account will be suspended.

Suspended invoices must pay a 10% late fee in order to be reinstated.

Delinquent invoices later than 14 days are subject to account termination.

Once the account is terminated, all data including backups will be scrubbed from the server. We cannot recover any data from terminated accounts.
